Coffee Enema For Colon Cleansing and Liver Cleansing

A coffee enema provides colon cleansing and liver cleansing. The coffee stimulates the liver in its job of cleansing the blood and causes an increased production of bile. Bile is essential for proper digestion and the elimination of waste from the body.
The caffeine in the enemas plays a large role in stimulating cleansing and increasing bile production. The enema involves an introduction of water with coffee in the colon through the rectum. It is recommended that the enema is held in for 12 minutes for maximum benefit.
One of the main physicians promoting coffee enemas is Nicholas Gonzalez, who recommends coffee enemas to relieve symptoms of cancer. Although there is little to no supporting evidence on human testing, many people claim that it has been very helpful. The technique is used to relieve muscle spasms and other problems associated with the disease. Not all medical professionals are in agreement with this method, but there are a significant number of doctors and patients who swear by this treatment.
It is important to use caution if you have a chronic condition. For example, people with ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, heart disease, hernia, gastrointestinal cancer, or severe intestinal or colon problems should seek medical advice before trying this treatment.
Caffeine is absorbed through an enema and can have the same affects that caffeine can have when consumed orally. If you are avoiding caffeine due to pregnancy, nursing, or any other reason; a caffeine enema is not for you. On the other hand, the benefits of caffeine can be obtained readily through this method.
If you are looking for liver cleansing and colon cleansing in one application, consider using a coffee enema.
